She was predeceased by: her grandmother Moo-Moo; her father Noah Jess; her son John Kerry Culbreth; her granddaughter Erin Turner York (Scott); and her in-laws, Jubal Woodcock, Ronnie Houchin and Regina Wood.
She is survived by: her mother Dorsie Wells; her husband John Thomas Culbreth; her children, Craig Culbreth of Sweeden, Teresa Houchin of Brownsville and Melissa Fulkerson (Bobby) of Sweeden; her grandchildren, Jessica Culbreth, Gibson Culbreth (Ricky), Kyle Culbreth (Nikki), Haley Culbreth, Corey Culbreth (Paige), Allie Culbreth, Cayla Coy (Matt), Kate Culbreth, Shelly Tunks (K. B.), Shannon Houchin, Chad Woodcock (Tasha), Lyndsea Price (Grover) and Sydney Blanton; her daughter-in-law Julia Culbreth; and her brother-in-law Wondall Culbreth (Sara). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel (504 Washington St, Brownsville, KY 42210). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
