He is survived by: his wife Roger-Anne Heath Gardner of Symsonia; his sons, Curtis Gardner, Jr. (Brenda) of Symsonia and Jason Heath Gardner (Tammy) of Symsonia; his sister Cheryl Maxine Peyton of Heltonville, IN; his grandchildren, Madeline Gardner Woodward (Adam), Savannah Kaye Gardner and Issac Curtis Gardner (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Electra Zelda Woodward, Grayson Gardner and Jackson Gardner.
