With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Watson of Symsonia, Kentucky, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Bradley Watson and Virginia Brycen Watson; his wife Virginia "Jenny" Watson; his daughter Jessica Kirchner (John); his granddaughter Kailey Paige Kirchner; his son Ricky Watson (Kelly); his grandchildren, Keagan Charles-Bradley Watson, Emma Reece Nelson and Taylor Payton Watson; and his brothers, Charles Wilfred Watson and Richard Watson. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations and prayers to the Mercy Health Hospice.
