He is survived by: his wife Katrina Cruse Awbery; his children, Ashley Watkins (Adam) of Ledbetter, Kentucky and Brandon Scott Awbery (Jessica) of Paducah, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Watkins, Michael Watkins and Aaron Watkins; his siblings, Cheyrl Jordoons of California, Bruce Awbery of Symsonia and David Awbery of California; and his nephew Dustin Awbery of Paducah, Kentucky.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chief Cornerstone Baptist Church (5772 KY-464, Mayfield, KY 42066).
