He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Cornett Turner; his parents, Wilson Turner and Ellen Herald Turner; and his brother Johnny Turner. He is survived by: his children, Craig Turner (Melissa) and Tracy Hukill (Mike); his grandchildren, Alexis Turner, Jacob Turner, Devin Hukill and Kaylin Hukill; and his siblings, Talbert Turner, Sammie Turner, Bobby Turner and Ruth Deaton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
