She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Cook and Jean Cline Cook; and her siblings, David Cook, Odell Cook, JoAnn Hill and Barb Branscum.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Monde; her children, Rhonda Epperson of Jamestown, John A. Monde (Rochella) of Bronston and Alice Monde-Taylor (Kevin) of Somerset; her siblings, James Cook, Lyndon Cook, Cathy Bundy of Burnside and Linda Alton of Tateville; and her grandchildren, Ashley Epperson, Austin Epperson, Jonathon Chitwood and Emily Monde. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503).
