He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannene Gregory (Robertson); his parents, James Gregory and Anna Gregory (Elliott); and his brother Vernon Gregory. He is survived by: his children, Evette Bentley (Steven), Jodi Stone (Jeff) and Brian Gregory (Natasha); his grandchildren, Matthew Bentley (Emily), Christopher Bentley, Jessica Girdler (Jon), Jacob Seiter (Jess) and Tiffany Bizeau; and his great grandchildren, Jonah Girdler, Jada Girdler, Josiah Girdler, Jaelyn Girdler, Emery Schuler and Theodore Bentley.
