She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Halpin and Mary Lou Halpin; her brothers, Stephen Halpin (Della) and Dr. Mark Halpin (Mary Ann); and her nephew Dr. Jared Halpin (Jaime).
She is survived by: her daughters, Breanna and Nicole Brandenburg; and her siblings, Mary Anne Gurnee (late Michael), Pat Walls (late Howard), Dr. Michael Halpin (Kay), Susan Rahali (Mo), Barbara McGraw (Randy) and Brad Halpin (Susan Luersen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the UC Health Foundation, P.O. Box 19970, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219, where Dr. Herzog and his team supported Janice in her 4-year battle with cancer.
