He was predeceased by: his parents, John Worstell and Jeanette Worstell; his daughter Abigail Worstell; and his sister Marcia Neal. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Worstell (Huber); his children, Jonah Worstell (Crystal) and Adelaide Kelsch (Daniel); his brother Jonathan Worstell; his brother-in-law Norman Neal; and his grandchildren, Riley (Lauren), Dylan, Gavin, Gage and Cora Worstell.
