He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Means (Martin); his wife Jeanne Means (Deidesheimer); and his siblings, Terry Means, Elaine Mae Turner (Means) and Sandra Hoskins.
He is survived by: his father Louis Means; his children, Justin Means (Katie) and Michele Alatorre (Matt); his grandchildren, Caroline, Amelia Means, Tyler, Leo, Nora and Gabby Alatorre; and his siblings, Lois Clayton and Darrell Means (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the St. Thomas Church (26 E Villa Pl, Fort Thomas, KY 41075). A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
