With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Laurita Aubrey of Taylorsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Novella Riggs Milby; and her siblings, Mary Jane Crouch and Kenny Milby. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Floyd "Bill" Aubrey; her children, Beth Merideth (David) of Taylorsville and Scott Aubrey (Lynn) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Taylor Cunningham (Aaron) and Ryan Aubrey; her great grandchildren, Aly and Zoe Cunningham; and her siblings, James Howard Milby Jr. (Jan) of Taylorsville, Michael Milby of Louisville, Pat Milby of Muldraugh, Janet Sue Dooley (Joe) of Gilbertsville and Joe Milby (Marilyn) of Shepherdsville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home (101 Reasor Ave, Taylorsville, KY 40071). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
