He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hall and Florence Adkins Newsome. He is survived by: his wife Emma Bryant Hall; his children, Scottie R. Hall, Craig Hall of Teaberry, KY, Patricia Wireman (Donnie) of Salyersville, KY and Susan Smith (Herbert) of Teaberry, KY; his grandchildren, Andrew Hall, Adam Hall, Alexander Hall, Chase Hall, James Thomas Wireman, Shelby Hall, Peyton Hall, Ellie Lucas and John Smith; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Axel Ray Lucas.
