He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hoover, Sr. and Vina Mae Holbrook Hall; and his siblings, Alexander Hall, Darrell Hall, Harold Hall and Beulah Hall.
He is survived by: his close friend Ashley Hall; his son Hayden Hall of Flemingsburg; and his sisters, Missy Hall of Salyersville and Reba Akers of Teaberry. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and eleven nieces and nephews.
