He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Hall and Laura Vance Hall; his children, Larry Douglas Hall, Amber Kaye Hall, Andrea Faye Hall and Paula Hall; and his siblings, Elmer, Palmer, Homer, Clennan Hall and Naomi Hamilton.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Dorothy B. Hall of Teaberry, KY; his children, Gary Dwayne Hall (Genieve) of Grethel, KY and Brenda Gail Hamilton of Grethel, KY; and his grandchildren, Candice Hamilton, Gina Slone and Gabriel Hall. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
