He was predeceased by: his father Elder Samuel; his daughter Melissa Lynn Hollifield; and his brothers, Burnis Hamilton and Otis Hollifield. He is survived by: his sons, Randall Gene Hollifield of Teaberry and Samuel Neil Hollifield of Tram, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Samantha Marie Hollifield and Alyssa Lynn Hollifield; his sisters, Ocie Huckins, Jeanette Bentley and Jennifer McKinney; and his sister-in-law Peggy Hamilton. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
