He was predeceased by: his parents, Tolvie Hamilton and Annie Blankenship Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Blankenship Hamilton; his son Ted (Morgen); his grandchildren, Morgan E. Hamilton and Matthew A. Hamilton; and his siblings, Freddie Hamilton of Teaberry, Jimmy Ray Hamilton of Teaberry, James Hamilton of Grethel, Tolvie Hamilton Jr. of Grethel, Kentucky and Sandra Lynn Howell of Teaberry, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
