He is survived by: his wife Thelma Estes of Beattyville, Kentucky; his children, Mary Estes McIntosh (Jeff) of Beattyville and Matthew Estes (Melissa) of Lexington, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Weslyn McIntosh (Joe Terry) of Beattyville and Mariyah Estes of Lexington; his sisters, Carol Ann Patmore (Richard) of Richmond and Debbie Estes of Beattyville; and his close friends, Benny Reece of Beattyville, Ruth Young of Beattyville and Larry Longworth of Beattyville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
