He is survived by: his wife Betty Kincer; his children, Stephen Kincer (Mitzi), Tammy Fugate and Stephanie Stidham; his grandchildren, Kristen, Megan (Randall), Tessa (Josh), Destin (Forrest) and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Maci, Molly, Miley, Rylan, Velle and Kent.
