It is with sadness that the passing of Donnie Gannon (Toler, Kentucky) is shared. Donnie, born on December 22, 1940, passed away on October 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Donnie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donovan Gannon and Margaret Irene Blair Gannon; and his sister Bobbie Thomas (Cecil). He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Grossl Gannon of Williamson, WV; his children, Steve Gannon (Jamie) of South Williamson, KY and Teresa Gannon; his grandchild Ryan Gannon (Sheyanne) of Turkey Creek, KY; his great grandchildren, Rylan Gannon, Alaina Gannon of Turkey Creek, KY and Cecilia Kennedy of Slaters Branch, KY; and his siblings, Sherry Barker of Prestonsburg, KY and Larry Gannon (Robyn) of Delbarton, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel (144 Toler Rd, Toler, KY 41514). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
