He was predeceased by: his parents, Ersel Mills and Marie Mills (Boyd); and his siblings, Ernest Mills, Danny Mills, Darrell Mills and Ruth Meek.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Ersel Mills of Tomahawk, KY and Joshua Lee Mills of Louisa, KY; his sister Dimple Rowland of Meally, KY.; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Mills and Hunter Lee Mills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
