It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Maynard of Tomahawk, Kentucky, born in Williamson, West Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Bennie Maynard; and his brother Jeffery Maynard. He is survived by : his wife Marlana Fannin Maynard; his daughters, Kassady Fannin (Bruce Bowen) of Tomahawk, KY, Kaitlyn Maynard of Tomahawk, KY, Kennedi Maynard of Tomahawk, KY and Macee Maynard of Tomahawk, KY; his sister Stephanie Hobbs of Lovely, KY.; and his grandchild Jaylin Rose Bowen.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
