She is survived by : her children, Jerry Spence (Regina) of Kermit, WV and Sandra Morrison (Greg Maynard) of Debord, KY; her sisters-in-law, Mary Hedrick and Bessie Anderson; her siblings, Cecil Butcher of Boonscamp, KY, Clyde Butcher, Phillip Butcher of Martin County, KY and Eva Williams (Larry) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Tommy Jay York, Kalista Spence, Anthony Thomas Spence and Carson Spence; and her stepgrandchildren, Brittany Williams and Michael Marcum.
