She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Pruitt (Short) and Franklin Pruitt; her husbands, Carl Fish and William Perdue; her siblings, Alva Pruitt, Lecil Pruitt, Paul Pruitt, Bonnie Hope, Donnie Howard and Vernell Pruitt; and her half-siblings, Raymond Pruitt, Robert Pruitt, Ella Melton, Ree Jackson, Hazel Hunter, Lola Pruitt and Effie Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gale Eley of Paducah, KY and Dr. Vicky Sherman of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Eley, Claire Eley, Brayden Sherman (Brittany), Drake Joy (Yarden), Vaughn Sherman (Morgan), Deidra Sherman and Michael Sherman; her great grandchildren, Olivia Eley, Charlotte Eley and Hudson Sherman; and her sister Athalene Hollinsworth (Richard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
