It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ben Blazier of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, born in Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Willard "Dixie" Blazier. He is survived by : his daughter Iva Kate Blazier of Tompkinsville, KY; and his mother Jean Blazier (Paula Krankel) of Tompkinsville, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Oak Hill Cemetery.
