He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanley Crowe and Eunice Dorothy Crowe (Netherton); and his siblings, Valley Stockton, Dela Vern Schemeck, Sally Slaughter, Adrian Crowe, Glenn Crowe and Wilburn Crowe.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kay Crowe (Doud) of Tompkinsville; his sons, Kevin David Crowe (Carol) and Kristopher Dodd Crowe (Melanie Belcher) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Augusta Kay Crowe, Kenzie Lenore Shultz (Daniel), David William Crowe (Brooklyn) and Laila Rose Crowe; his sister Evadine Hagan (Kenneth "Shorty); and his brother-in-law Dennis Doud (Debbie).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in memory of David.
