He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Sarah Whitney Baston (Whitney); and his brother-in-law Steve Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Baston (Tooley); and his children, Alexandra Baston Hawkins (Rusty), John Neal (Allison Pare Baston) and Trey William (Jessica Vernon Baston).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dr. David Wayne Baston Memorial Scholarship Fund or Kosair Children's Hospital in memory of Dr. Baston.
