He is survived by: his wife Panquita Tooley Kirk; and his stepchildren, Marshall Dan Tooley of Tompkinsville, Stephanie Ann Tooley of Tompkinsville, Sherry Denise Tooley of Tompkinsville, Danny Lewis Tooley of Tompkinsville and Mike Hammer (Barbara) of Tompkinsville. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
