She was predeceased by: her parents, Callie Jewell McIntyre (Grissom) and Charles "Doc" McIntyre; and her siblings, Bobby, Ollie, Charles McIntyre, Ruby England and Corine Neal.
She is survived by: her son David William Gentry (April) of Bowling Green, KY; her close friend Ernie Bottom of Edmonton, KY; and her niece Connie Young.
