He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Jackson and Della Stewart (Emmert); and his siblings, James Mitchell Stewart, William Dent Stewart, Lucy Elizabeth Arnett, Onie May Coffelt, Irene Stewart, Ora Stewart, Hallie B. Coffelt, Betty Lee Stewart and Ruth Stewart.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bartley & Sons Funeral Home (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Poland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tim, may be made to Mt. Poland Cemetery, or to the Freedom # 2 Cemetery.
