He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Lee and Wilma Mozelle Davis (Coons). He is survived by : his daughters, Patricia Deann Murphy of Land O' Lakes, Jeanna Davis Sewell (Keith) of Lafayette and Jeri L. Davis of Saint Petersburg, Florida.; his grandchildren, Jeshua, Jacob Sewell and Jensen Davis; his great grandchildren, Jaylin Sewell and Dalton Roark; and his uncle Junior Coons (Sue).
