He is survived by: his parents, Julie Tade (Bournes) of Tompkinsville, KY and Terry Tade; his pet Gilbert; his siblings, Brancesen Tade of Tompkinsville, KY, Jared Duke (Amy) of Oregan and Amy Sexton (Chris) of Lafayette, TN; and his nieces, Nolie and Josie Sexton.
