Haithcox; her children, William, Eric Haithcox of Tompkinsville, KY, Smeria Haithcox of Tompkinsville, KY, Kristina Graham of Albany, KY and Mia Engle of Aylett, Virginia; and her siblings, John Courtier, Jamie Courtier, Jason Courtier, Cari, Jenni Danuam and Jube Vanhatten. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
