She was predeceased by : her parents, Leta Wade (Kessler) and Jack Wade; her husband Darrell Tade; and her siblings, Leroy Wade (Imogene), Frank Wade and Olene McPherson (Reed).

She is survived by : her sons, Dr. Darrell Lynn Tade (Teurice) of Bowling Green, KY and Tony Tade (Frankie) of Scottsville, KY; her grandchildren, Jake Tade (Shelby), Meredith Wilson (Neil) and Grant Tade (Zoe); her great grandchildren, Hank and Easton Tade; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Wade of Frankfort, IN..

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home (510 W 4th St, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathylene's memory may be made to Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
