He is survived by: his close friend Jean Dugas of Tompkinsville, KY; his children, Melanie Peskoe of Louisville, KY and Wesley Justice of Louisville, KY; his sisters, Lerly Murphy and Debbie Justice McCoy; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy, Dennis Isenberg, Angie and Chris Ferrell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
