She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Stewart (Jones) and Barlow Stewart; her husband Ivan Eugene Strode; and her siblings, David Wayne, James Wesley "Jim" Stewart and Louise Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Jackson (Kenneth), Angela Mendez, Barbara Strode, Rita Muse (Wayne), Steve Stewart (Pamela) and Larry Strode; her siblings, Shirley Strode of Tompkinsville, KY and Gene Barlow Stewart (Christina) of Indiana; and her caregiver Lora Beth Curtis. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
