He is survived by: his wife Jennifer York; his daughter Emily Michelle Ann York of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; his mother Debra Ann York (Puckett) of Munfordville, KY; his brother John Wayne York of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; his grandmother Geraldine Childress; his nephews, Christopher York and Payton Eldridge; his sister-in-law Lisa Eldridge; and his pet Brownie.
