For Nelda Doris is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parent Flaudie Herbert; her husband Wallace Reed McPherson; her parent Hassie England Emmert (England); and her sisters, Reva Cain, Lera Tesley and Barbara Hodge.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Willodean McPherson of Tompkinsville and Jeanette Harlan of Tompkinsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons Funeral Home (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt. Poland Cemetery in memory of Mrs. McPherson.
