She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Spear (Ritter) and Lecil Spear; and her siblings, Gary Spear and Sandra Reeves. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Miller of Tompkinsville; her children, Janna Sullivan (Jason) of Tompkinsville and Dr. Kevin Miller (Shelly) of Naples, Florida; her grandchildren, Sienna, Paxton, Rowen Miller, J. Miller and Harlan Sullivan; and her sister-in-law Gail Spear of Tompkinsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pam's memory to Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
