Tena Carnahan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tena Carnahan of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Wood and Ruth Wood (Sheffield); her mother-in-law Rachel B. Carnahan; and her nieces, Megan Davidson and Morgan Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Carnahan; her children, Dallas Carnahan (Hillorey), Brady Carnahan (John Gradel) and Kasey Moore (C. J.) of LaGrange; her siblings, Vicky Barnett (Dwaine) and Ricky Wood (Missy); her grandchildren, Wade, Jaxon, Caroline Carnahan, Lukas and Layne Moore; her father-in-law James W. Carnahan; her siblings' children, McKenna Bullock and Tyler Wood; her great-nephews, Drew Davidson, Will and Alex Smith; and her brothers, Josh Strong and Gene Gearlds.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons Funeral Home (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the Monroe County Memorial.
