It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tena Carnahan of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Wood and Ruth Wood (Sheffield); her mother-in-law Rachel B. Carnahan; and her nieces, Megan Davidson and Morgan Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Carnahan; her children, Dallas Carnahan (Hillorey), Brady Carnahan (John Gradel) and Kasey Moore (C. J.) of LaGrange; her siblings, Vicky Barnett (Dwaine) and Ricky Wood (Missy); her grandchildren, Wade, Jaxon, Caroline Carnahan, Lukas and Layne Moore; her father-in-law James W. Carnahan; her niece McKenna Bullock; her nephew Tyler Wood; her great-nephews, Drew Davidson, Will and Alex Smith; and her brothers, Josh Strong and Gene Gearlds.
