She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Dennis Bartley and Ann Runelle Spears; her brothers, Larry, Lonnie and Jimmy Bryant; and her stepsister Judy Spencer.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Noble Steenbergen of Fountain Run and Zebablan Steenbergen (Payton) of Fountain Run; her siblings, Patty Branham (Joey), Arline Patterson (Michael), Tommy Bartley (Sarah) and William Bartley (Tracy); her stepmother Edna Jordan; her stepbrother Keith "Custer" Walker; and her brother-in-law Charlie Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Monroe County Backpack Program in memory of Tonya.
