He was predeceased by: his father William Evert Fish; and his brothers, Wendell and Lewis Earl Fish. He is survived by: his mother Janell Lynn (Davis) of Tompkinsville, KY; his children, Courtney Roddy of Berea, KY, William Lewis (Jessica Fish) of Munfordville, KY and Joey (Stephanie Green) of Tompkinsville, KY; his fiancé Sandy Green; and his brothers, James Fred Botts of Tompkinsville, KY, John Ed Botts of Tompkinsville, KY and Dennis Ray Botts of Albany, KY.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home (510 W 4th St, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
