With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Gordon of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 60. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Gordon to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Gordon and Shirley Gordon (Poole); and his sisters, Nancy Sue Daniels and Rita Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Gordon; his sons, Dakota Gordon of Tompkinsville, KY and Dalton Gordon of Tompkinsville, KY; his granddaughter Margo Gordon; his sisters, Teresa Wilson (Mark) of Tompkinsville, KY and Tammy Oakley of Tompkinsville, KY; and his brother-in-law Dexter Bryant of Tompkinsville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home (510 W 4th St, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at the Wilson Basil Cemetery (4926 Old Temple Hill Rd, Tompkinsville, KY 42167).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dick's memory may be made to assist with a monument or to Wilson Basil Cemetery.
