She was predeceased by: her spouse Jackie M. Greathouse; her parents, Arthur Hall and Norma Collins Hall; and her siblings, Forrest, Phillip, George Hall and Barbara Ross.
She is survived by: her children, James Arthur Greathouse of Richmond, KY, Jimmy DeWayne Greathouse of Lexington, KY and Tammy Hylton (Van) of Topmost, KY; her granddaughter Hillary Greathouse; her extended family, Jennifer Cox and Justin Little; and her nephew Elvis Greathouse. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
