She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Petway and Mary DeFew Petway; and her brother Louis Petway. She is survived by: her son Kent Smith (Georgie) of Trenton, KY; her grandchildren, Kaley Bender (Nathan) of Trenton, KY and Holden Smith of Trenton, KY; and her great grandchildren, Rieghlyn Smith and David Bender.
