He is survived by: his children, James Smallwood (Megan) of London, Robert Smallwood of London, Liza Smallwood (Cecil Lawson), Jennifer Lunsford (Jonathan) of Corbin and Sonnie Smallwood of Booneville; his siblings, Jamie Smallwood of Tyner, Jody Smallwood of Richmond, Shaun Smallwood of Tyner, Dorothy Collins of Manchester, Teresa Worley of Hazard, Pamela Gray of Manchester and Lisa Wagers of London; his close friend Leroy McQueen; and his stepmother Glenda Smallwood. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
