He is survived by: his wife Darlene Maynard (Osborne) of Ulysses, KY; his son Freddie Allen Maynard (Christy) of Pike County, KY; his stepsons, John Phillip "JJ" Hale (Regina) of Ulysses, KY and Dustin Bradley Hale (Kayla) of Inez, KY; his sisters, Irene Johnson of Summerfield, FL, Pauline Lowery of Pedro, FL, Doris Hatfield (Amos) of Belleview, FL and Beatrice Blackburn of Dandridge, TN.; his grandchildren, Hope Harmon (Cameron), Brenton Allen Maynard (Cassie), Bradley Hale (Emilee), Madison Muncy (Chase), Katelyn Hale, Dylan Hale and Kenna Hale; and his great grandchildren, Carson Harmon, Cason Harmon, Ella Maynard, Opal Maynard, Eli Allen Maynard and Braylon Muncy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
