He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Carter; his sons, Robert Shane Miller (Kristen) of Boulder and Blaine Wyatt Miller (Laura) of Brandon, Florida; his grandchildren, Avery, Adelyn and Owen; and his sisters, Nancy Williams of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Jeannie Thies of Lima, Ohio and Linda Sealscott of Celina, Ohio..
