He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mucha and Virginia Mucha (Anderson); and his son Jay Owen Mucha. He is survived by: his wife Jane Mucha; his children, Joan Miller (Michael), Jill Stinson (Donald) and Jeff Mucha (Lori); his grandchildren, Jamie Miller Buchanan (Aaron), Shaunie Miller, Allie Stinson, Haley Mucha and Nicholas Mucha; his great grandchildren, Caleb Stinson, Tate Stinson and Brady Buchanan; and his friend Joan Orford.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that expressions of sympathy in Carl's name be made to BAWAC, Inc., 7970 Kentucky Dr, Florence, KY 41042.
