He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Marti Johnson; his children, Jody Bowen (Mike), Matthew Johnson, Gerry Johnson (Jennifer) and Cary Braun (Kirk); his grandchildren, Sydney, Kamryn, Bailey, Luke, Molly, Dylan and Savannah; his sister Diane Atkins (Gary); his sister-in-law Marilyn Reibold (Dave); his nephews, David Atkins (Carmelle), Jeff Demler (Jessica) and Jim Demler (Jeni); and his pet Louee.
