He was predeceased by: his mothers, Emma Marks and JoAnn Marks. He is survived by: his children, Steve Marks, Les Marks, Angela Neal, Susan Ramey, Stephanie Studer and Josie Kirby. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations be made to Arbor Day Foundation.
